There could be several reasons why your order has not been received yet. If your item is a pre-order, it will be shipped once it arrives. Sometimes, orders are delayed due to customs or logistical issues beyond our control. We strive to resolve these situations as quickly as possible.
If you have opted for express and your order has not yet arrived, we will contact the courier to check on the status of your delivery.
In situations where an incorrect address was provided, orders may be returned to us. We'll arrange to have them shipped out again once the issue is corrected and a shipping invoice has been paid. We collect returns weekly, so there could be a short delay.
