What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 4 months ago

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item (e.g. arrives with torn or lose threads). You are required to send photo evidence within 7 days of receipt to [email protected]

If your claim is justified, you will be offered a replacement or store credit depending on stock availability upon the item being received. If a refund is preferred, we will accommodate this for verified manufacturing defects
