Return & Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. You may choose to exchange the product or receive store credit. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a store credit will automatically be issued for the value of the item (excluding shipping fees). Please note, store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Items must be in the original packaging with tags still intact.
- The item must be adequately packaged for transit, and the return label must be clearly displayed on the parcel.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for it to be processed. Items marked down 25% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Costs:
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
- Items are your responsibility until they reach our facility, and you should ensure they are adequately packaged for safe transit.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.
