Our return policy allows returns for unworn, unwashed, and resellable condition items received within the last 14 days.
Return by mail
Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Once emailed our customer service team will get back to you with the full returns process.
Return in store
While some of our stock is available in select stores, items purchased online cannot be returned to these stores. All online purchases must be returned through our official process by contacting us via email at [email protected].
Refund process
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, and your claim is justified, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on stock availability upon receiving the item. If a refund is preferred for a verified manufacturing defect, we will accommodate this. Please note, outside of defective items, we do not offer refunds.
Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
