Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 PM AEDT on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM AEDT will be dispatched the following business day.

Please allow for minor dispatch delays on launch days as we work to pick and pack high order volumes.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, logistics, or weather conditions. If your package is delayed, rest assured we will provide updates as soon as possible.
